3333 21nomorethanfivehundreddollars.Anysecondorsubsequentoffenseshallresultina

3535 23 (2)Forafirstoffenseifapersonintentionallyreleasesorabandonselevenor
3636 24moreballoons,thepersonshallbesubjecttoafinethatisnolessthanfivehundred

3939 27 4.Itisaviolationofthissectionforapersontointentionallyreleaseorabandon

4242 30 (1)Unintentionallyreleaseballoonsinanyamount;or
4343 31 (2)Intentionallyreleaseorabandonoutdoorsaballooncarryingscientific
4444 32instrumentation,aballoonusedformeteorologicalobservationbyagovernmentor
4545 33scientificorganization,orahotairballoonthatisrecoveredafterlaunching.
4646 34 5.Asusedinthissection,"balloon"meansaflexible,nonporousbagmadefrom
4747 35materialssuchasrubber,latex,polychloroprene,ornylonfabricthatcanbeinflatedor
4848 36filledwithgasorfluid,suchashelium,hydrogen,nitrousoxide,oxygen,air,orwater,
