1212 547.370.1.Whenamotionisfiledasprovidedinsection547.360tosetasidea
1313 2sentenceofdeath,thecourtshallfindontherecordwhetherthemovantisindigent.Ifthe
1414 3movantisindigent,thecourtshallcausetobeappointedtwocounseltorepresentthemovant.
1515 4Ifmovantseekstorejecttheappointmentofcounsel,thecourtshallfindontherecord,aftera
1616 5hearing,ifnecessary,whetherthemovantisabletocompetentlydecidewhethertoacceptor

2626 15deathpenaltyissought;and
2727 16 (2)Haveatleastthreeyearslitigationexperienceinthefieldofcriminallaw;and
