393.2650.1.Asusedinthissection,theterm"customercharge"shallmeanthe
2chargeallowedbycontractortariffforthefixedcostsofprovidingutilityservices
3including,butnotlimitedto,meters,transmissionlines,andbillingcosts.
4 2.Noelectricalcorporation,municipalutility,orelectricalcooperativeshall
5chargemorethanonecustomerchargeperpostaladdress,regardlessofhowmany
