5959 47 2.Groupsofemployersqualifiedtoinsuretheirliabilitypursuanttochapter537or
6060 48thischaptershallutilizeauniformexperienceratingplanpromulgatedbyanapproved
6161 49advisoryorganization.Suchgroupsshalldevelopexperienceratingsfortheirmembersbased
6262 50ontheplan.Nothinginthissectionshallrelieveanemployerfromremitting,withoutany
6363 51chargetotheemployer,theemployer'sclaimshistorytoanapprovedadvisoryorganization.
6464 52 3.Foreveryentityqualifiedtogroupself-insuretheirliabilitypursuanttothischapter
