2thereof,tobeknownassection569.170,toreadasfollows:
569.170.1.Apersoncommitstheoffenseofburglaryintheseconddegreewhenhe
2orsheknowinglyentersunlawfullyorknowinglyremainsunlawfullyin:
3 (1)Abuildingorinhabitablestructureforthepurposeofcommittingacrimetherein;
4or
5 (2)Arestrictedareaofacommercialbusinessforthepurposeofcommittinga
6crimeandtherestrictedareais:
7 (a)Commonlyreservedforpersonnelofthecommercialbusinesswheremoney
8orotherpropertyiskept;or
9 (b)Clearlymarkedwithasignorsignsthatindicatetothepublicthatentryis
10forbidden.
