SectionA.Chapter252,RSMo,isamendedbyaddingtheretoonenewsection,tobe
2knownassection252.252,toreadasfollows:
252.252.1.Asusedinthissection,thefollowingtermsmean:
2 (1)"Disabledveteran",anindividualwho:
3 (a)Isaresidentofthisstate;
4 (b)Hasbeenseparatedunderhonorableconditionsfromactiveservicein:
5 a.AnybranchoftheArmedForcesoftheUnitedStates;
6 b.AnyreservecomponentoftheArmedForcesoftheUnitedStates;
7 c.TheNationalGuardofthisstateasdefinedin32U.S.C.Section101,as
8amended;or
9 d.Anydefenseforceofthisstateasdescribedin32U.S.C.Section109,as
10amended;and
11 (c)HasbeencertifiedbytheUnitedStatesDepartmentofVeteransAffairsorits
12successoragencytobeinreceiptofdisabilitycompensationattheone-hundred-percent
13rateasaresultofaservice-connecteddisabilityclaimallowedbytheUnitedStates
14DepartmentofVeteransAffairs,withsuchdisabilitybeingpermanentandsustained
15throughmilitaryactionoraccidentorresultingfromdiseasecontractedwhileinsuch
16activeservice;
17 (2)"Eligibledependent",anindividualwhois:

28 2.Theconservationcommissionshall:
29 (1)Issuefreeofchargeanyhuntingpermitorfishingpermitrequiredbystate
30laworstaterulesorregulationstomilitarypersonnel,adisabledveteran,andaneligible
31dependent;
32 (2)WaiveallfeesrequiredforMissourihuntereducationcertificationorits
33successorprogram;
34 (3)Issuefreeofchargeacombinedlifetimehuntingandfishingpermitto
35militarypersonneloradisabledveteran,oranindividualwhoisthesurvivingspouseof
36suchmilitarypersonnelordisabledveteran,whohasbeenawardedaPurpleHeart
37underSection1129ofTitle10oftheUnitedStatesCode,asamended;and
38 (4)Issuefreeofchargeanydeerhuntingpermitthatisvalidfortheyouth
39portionsofthedeerseasonstoaneligibledependentwhoisaminorandwhoseage
40qualifiessuchindividualforayouthdeerhuntingpermit.
41 3.Theconservationcommissionshallrequireanindividualseekingapermitora
42waiveroffeesunderthissectiontoestablishsuchindividual'sidentityandeligibilityfor
43apermitunderthissectionatthetimesuchindividualappliesforsuchpermitorwaiver
44offees.
