12 3.Ahealthcareprofessionalshallnotdiscloseapatient'scitizenshipor
13immigrationstatustoanylawenforcementagency.
14 4.Eachappropriatelicensingboardshallinvestigateanysuspectedviolationsof
15subsection3ofthissectionbyitslicensees.Ifalicensingboardfindsthatahealthcare
16professionalmadeadisclosureinviolationofsubsection3ofthissection,thefollowing
17provisionsshallapply:
