SectionA.Section478.600,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection478.600,toreadasfollows:
478.600.1.Thereshallbefourcircuitjudgesintheeleventhjudicialcircuit.These
2judgesshallsitindivisionsnumberedone,two,threeandfour.BeginningonJanuary1,
32007,thereshallbesixcircuitjudgesintheeleventhjudicialcircuitandthesejudgesshallsit
4indivisionsnumberedone,two,three,four,five,andseven.Thedivisionfiveassociate
5circuitjudgepositionandthedivisionsevenassociatecircuitjudgepositionshallbecome
6circuitjudgepositionsbeginningJanuary1,2007,andshallbenumberedasdivisionsfiveand
7seven.BeginningJanuary1,2027,thereshallbeeightcircuitjudgesintheeleventh
