BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section478.705,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection478.705,toreadasfollows:
478.705.1.Thereshallbethreecircuitjudgesinthetwenty-sixthjudicialcircuit
2consistingofthecountiesofCamden,Laclede,Miller,MoniteauandMorgan.Thesejudges
3shallsitindivisionsnumberedone,two,andthree.
4 2.Thecircuitjudgeindivisiontwoshallbeelectedin1980.Thecircuitjudgein
5divisiononeshallbeelectedin1982.Thegovernorshallappointajudgefordivisionthree
6andnotwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection105.030,thatjudgeshallserveuntilJanuary1,
72021.Ajudgefordivisionthreeshallbeelectedin2020.
8 3.ThereshallbeoneadditionalassociatecircuitjudgeinMillerCounty.This
9associatecircuitjudgeshallnotbeincludedinthestatutoryformulaforauthorizing
10additionalassociatecircuitjudgespercountyasprovidedundersection478.320.The
11governorshallappointsuchjudge,andthatjudgeshallserveuntilJanuary1,2029.An
12associatecircuitjudgeshallbeelectedin2028.
