1212 537.610.1.Thecommissionerofadministration,throughthepurchasingdivision,
1313 2andthegoverningbodyofeachpoliticalsubdivisionofthisstate,notwithstandinganyother
1414 3provisionoflaw,maypurchaseliabilityinsurancefortortclaims,madeagainstthestateorthe
1515 4politicalsubdivision,butthemaximumamountofsuchcoverageshallnotexceedtwomillion
