2 (1)"Charterschool",anycharterschoolestablishedunderchapter160with
3fortypercentormoreofitsstudentsresidinginhouseholdswithahouseholdincome
4thatdoesnotexceedonehundredeighty-fivepercentofthemostrecentpoverty
5guidelinesupdatedperiodicallyintheFederalRegisterbytheU.S.Departmentof
6HealthandHumanServicesundertheauthorityof42U.S.C.Section9902(2),as

23periodproductsintherestroomsofeachofthecharterschool'sordistrict'sschool

25 3.Eachcharterschoolandschooldistrictshallprovideperiodproductsatno
26chargetostudents.Thetotalcostsunderthissectionshallbebornebythestatefrom
27fundsappropriatedtothedepartmentofelementaryandsecondaryeducationforthat
28specificpurpose.
