177 (2)Duringtherelocation,mitigatingdisruptionintheuseandenjoymentofthe 178easementbytheeasementholderoranotherpersonentitledtouseandenjoythe 179easement; 180 (3)Obtainingagovernmentalapprovalorpermittorelocatetheeasementand 181constructnecessaryimprovements; 233 (2)Theinstrumentcreatingtheeasementrequiresconsentoftheeasement 234holdertoamendthetermsoftheeasement;or 235 (3)Thelocationoftheeasementisfixedbytheinstrumentcreatingtheeasement, 236anotheragreement,previousconduct,acquiescence,estoppel,orimplication.
