SectionA.Chapter195,RSMo,isamendedbyaddingtheretoonenewsection,tobe
2knownassection195.1000,toreadasfollows:
195.1000.Notwithstandinganyotherprovisionoflaw,ivermectintabletsand
2hydroxychloroquinetabletsshallbeavailabletothepublicthroughover-the-counter
3purchaseinthisstatewithoutaprescriptionorconsultationwithapharmacistorother
4healthcareprofessional.
SectionB.Becauseimmediateactionisnecessarytoensurethepublichasadequate
2accesstoivermectintabletsandhydroxychloroquinetablets,sectionAofthisactisdeemed
3necessaryfortheimmediatepreservationofthepublichealth,welfare,peace,andsafety,and
4isherebydeclaredtobeanemergencyactwithinthemeaningoftheconstitution,andsection
