3636 23 2.Alllicenseesaresubjecttoallincometaxes,salestaxes,earningstaxes,usetaxes,
3737 24propertytaxesoranyothertaxorfeenoworhereafterlawfullyleviedbyanypolitical
3838 25subdivision;however,nootherlicensetax,permittax,occupationtax,excursionfee,ortaxes
3939 26orfeesshallbeimposed,leviedorassessedexclusivelyuponlicenseesbyapolitical
4040 27subdivision.Allstatetaxesnotconnecteddirectlytogamblinggamesshallbecollectedby
4141 28thedepartmentofrevenue.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection32.057tothecontrary,
4242 29thedepartmentofrevenuemayfurnishandthecommissionmayreceivetaxinformationto
4343 30determineifapplicantsorlicenseesarecomplyingwiththetaxlawsofthisstate;however,
4444 31anytaxinformationacquiredbythecommissionshallnotbecomepublicrecordandshallbe
4545 32usedexclusivelyforcommissionbusiness.
4646 313.822.Ataxisimposedontheadjustedgrossreceiptsreceivedfromgambling
4747 2gamesauthorizedpursuanttosections313.800to313.850attherateof[twenty-one] twenty-
4848 3fivepercent.Thetaxesimposedbythissectionshallbereturnedtothecommissionin
4949 4accordancewiththecommission'srulesandregulationswhoshalltransfersuchtaxestothe
5050 5directorofrevenue.Allchecksanddraftsremittedforpaymentofthesetaxesandfeesshall
5151 6bemadepayabletothedirectorofrevenue.Ifthecommissionisnotsatisfiedwiththereturn
5252 7orpaymentmadebyanylicensee,itisherebyauthorizedandempoweredtomakean
5353 8assessmentoftheamountduebaseduponanyinformationwithinitspossessionorthatshall
5454 9comeintoitspossession.Anylicenseeagainstwhomanassessmentismadebythe
5555 10commissionmaypetitionforareassessment.Therequestforreassessmentshallbemade
5656 11withintwentydaysfromthedatetheassessmentwasmailedordeliveredtothelicensee,
5757 12whicheverisearlier.Whereuponthecommissionshallgivenoticeofahearingfor
5858 13reassessmentandfixthedateuponwhichthehearingshallbeheld.Theassessmentshall
5959 14becomefinalifarequestforreassessmentisnotreceivedbythecommissionwithinthe

7171 26distributedtosuchcityorcountyinaccordancewithrulesandregulationsofthecommission.
7272 27Allrevenuesprovidedforinthissectiontobetransferredtothegoverningbodyofanycity
7373 28notwithinacountyandanycitywithapopulationofoverthreehundredfiftythousand
7474 29inhabitantsshallnotbeconsideredstatefundsandshallbedepositedinsuchcity'sgeneral
7575 30revenuefundtobeexpendedasprovidedforinthissection.
7676 31 (2)Theremainingamountoftheadjustedgrossreceiptstaxshallbedepositedinthe
7777 32statetreasurytothecreditofthe"GamingProceedsforEducationFund"whichishereby
7878 33createdinthestatetreasury.Moneysdepositedinthisfundshallbekeptseparatefromthe
