SectionA.Section188.036,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection188.036,toreadasfollows:
188.036.1.Nophysicianshallperformanabortiononawomanifthephysician
2knowsthatthewomanconceivedtheunbornchildforthepurposeofprovidingfetalorgansor
3tissueformedicaltransplantationtoherselforanother,andthephysicianknowsthatthe
4womanintendstoprocuretheabortiontoutilizethoseorgansortissueforsuchuseforherself
5oranother.
6 2.Nopersonshallutilizethefetalorgansortissueresultingfromanabortionfor
7medicaltransplantation,ifthepersonknowsthattheabortionwasprocuredforthepurposeof
8utilizingthoseorgansortissueforsuchuse.
9 3.Nopersonshallofferanyinducement,monetaryorotherwise,toawomanora
10prospectivefatherofanunbornchildforthepurposeofconceivinganunbornchildforthe
11medical,scientific,experimentalortherapeuticuseofthefetalorgansortissue.
12 4.Nopersonshallofferanyinducement,monetaryorotherwise,tothemotheror
13fatherofanunbornchildforthepurposeofprocuringanabortionforthemedical,scientific,
14experimentalortherapeuticuseofthefetalorgansortissue.
15 5.Nopersonshallknowinglyofferorreceiveanyvaluableconsiderationforthefetal
16organsortissueresultingfromanabortion,providedthatnothinginthissubsectionshall

23circumstanceorperiodofgestationisheldinvalid,suchinvalidityshallnotaffectthe
24provisionsorapplicationswhichcanbegiveneffectwithouttheinvalidprovisionor
25application,andtothisendtheprovisionsofthissectionaredeclaredseverable.
