8383 71careandcontroloftheconsumerforoneyearfromthedateofpurchase.Ifanygenetic
8484 72ormajormedicalconditionmanifestspriortotheexpirationofthewarrantyperiod,the
8585 73dealerorpetshopshallbeliablefor:
8686 74 (1)Reasonablemedicalcoststotreatsuchgeneticormajormedicalcondition;
8787 75 (2)Euthanasia,ifalicensedveterinariandeterminesitisnecessaryforthe

8989 77 (3)Returnandrefundtotheconsumerattheconsumer’sdiscretion.
