1717 4patrol.Thedepartmentofthehighwaypatrolshallbeinchargeofthesuperintendent
1818 5oftheMissouristatehighwaypatrol.

6363 36 4.AnylawenforcementagencythatviolatesthissectionafterDecember31,2021,
6464 37maybeineligibletoreceivestateorfederalfundswhichwouldotherwisebepaidtosuch
6565 38agencyforlawenforcement,safetyorcriminaljusticepurposes.

139139 9receivingsuchareport,thehighwaypatrolshallcontactthelawenforcementagencyofthe

141141 11appropriatelawenforcementofficialorhighwaypatrolmanmayinvestigatethereported

143143 13 3.AnypersonconvictedoffilingafalsereportshallbeguiltyofaclassB
144144 14misdemeanorandmaybefineduptofivehundreddollars.
