16-5againstastudentoraprospectivemember, currentmember,orformermemberofan
17-6organizationoperatingunderthesanctionofapublicorprivatecollegeoruniversity,that
18-7recklesslyendangersthementalorphysicalhealthorsafetyofastudentorprospective
19-8member, currentmember,orformermemberforthepurposeofinitiationoradmissioninto
20-9orcontinuedmembershipinanysuchorganizationtotheextentthatsuchpersonisknowingly
21-10placedatprobableriskofthelossoflifeorprobablebodilyorpsychologicalharm.Actsof

61-49thevictim,clearinganairwayforthevictimtobreathe,usingadefibrillatortoassistthe
62-50victim,orrenderinganyotherassistancetothevictimthatthepersonintendedingood
63-51faithtostabilizeorimprovethevictim'sconditionwhilewaitingformedicalassistance,
64-52lawenforcement,orcampussecuritytoarrive.
