programthatexpiredAugust28th,2024.
Currentstatuteallowsforanypersonwhoisreceivingbenefits
fromtheteacherretirementsystemtosubstituteteachonapart-
timebasiswithoutlosingtheirretirementbenefit. Thiswork
exemptionexpiresJune30,2025.
Thebillextendsthecurrentexemptionto2030.

(2025).

totheschooliftheyfindanoccupationoutsideofeducation.
