SectionA.Section347.048,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection347.048,toreadasfollows:
347.048.1.(1)Anylimitedliabilitycompanythatownsandrentsorleasesreal
2property,orownsunoccupiedrealproperty,locatedwithin:
3 (a)Anyhomerulecitywithapopulationofmorethanfourhundredthousand
4inhabitantswhichislocatedinmorethanonecounty;
5 (b)Anyhomerulecitywithmorethanonehundredsixteenthousandbutfewerthan
6onehundredfifty-fivethousandinhabitants;[or]
7 (c)Anyhomerulecitywithmorethanseventy-onethousandbutfewerthanseventy-
8ninethousandinhabitants; or
9 (d)Anycountywithmorethanonemillioninhabitants
