BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section115.205,RSMo,isrepealed,toreadasfollows:
[115.205.1.Nopersonshallbepaidorotherwisecompensatedfor
2 solicitingvoterregistrationapplications,otherthanagovernmentalentityora
3 personwhoispaidorcompensatedbyagovernmentalentityforsuch
4 solicitation.Avoterregistrationsolicitorwhosolicitsmorethantenvoter
5 registrationapplicationsshallregisterforeveryelectioncyclethatbeginson
6 thedayafterthegeneralelectionandendsonthedayofthegeneralelection
7 twoyearslater.Avoterregistrationsolicitorshallbeatleasteighteenyearsof
8 ageandshallbearegisteredvoterinthestateofMissouri.
9 2.Eachvoterregistrationsolicitorshallprovidethefollowing
10 informationinwritingtothesecretaryofstate'soffice:
11 (1)Thenameofthevoterregistrationsolicitor;
12 (2)Theresidentialaddress,includingstreetnumber,city,state,andzip
13 code;
14 (3)Themailingaddress,ifdifferentfromtheresidentialaddress;and
15 (4)Thesignatureofthevoterregistrationsolicitor.
16 3.Thesolicitorinformationrequiredinsubsection2ofthissection
17 shallbesubmittedtothesecretaryofstate'sofficewiththefollowingoathand
18 affirmation:
