SectionA.Section559.125,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection559.125,toreadasfollows:
559.125.1.Theclerkofthecourtshallkeepinapermanentfileallapplicationsfor
2probationorparolebythecourt,andshallkeepinsuchmannerasmaybeprescribedbythe
3courtcompleteandfullrecordsofallpresentenceinvestigationsrequested,probationsor
4parolesgranted,revokedorterminatedandalldischargesfromprobationsorparoles.All
5courtordersrelatingtoanypresentenceinvestigationrequestedandprobationorparole
6grantedundertheprovisionsofthischapterandsections558.011and558.026shallbekeptin
7alikemanner,and,ifthedefendantsubjecttoanysuchorderissubjecttoaninvestigationor
8isunderthesupervisionofthedivisionofprobationandparole,acopyoftheordershallbe
9senttothedivisionofprobationandparole.Inanycountywhereaparoleboardceasesto
10exist,theclerkofthecourtshallpreservetherecordsofthatparoleboard.
11 2.Informationanddataobtainedbyaprobationorparoleofficershallbeprivileged
12informationandshallnotbereceivableinanycourt.Suchinformationshallnotbedisclosed
13directlyorindirectlytoanyoneotherthanthemembersofaparoleboardandthejudge
14entitledtoreceivereports,exceptthecourt,thedivisionofprobationandparole,ortheparole
15boardmayinitsdiscretionpermittheinspectionofthereport,orpartsofsuchreport,bythe
16defendant,oroffenderorhisorherattorney,orotherpersonhavingaproperinteresttherein.
