96 (13)Noperson,exceptasspecificallyauthorizedbytheagency,shallenterorattempt
97toenterintoanyareanotopentothepublic,including,butnotlimitedto,motorman'scabs,

123violationofthissectionshallconstituteamisdemeanor,andanypersoncommittinga
124violationthereofshallbesubjecttoarrestand,uponconvictioninacourtofcompetent
125jurisdiction,shallpayafineinanamountnotlessthantwenty-fivedollarsandnogreaterthan
126twohundredfiftydollarsperviolation,inadditiontocourtcosts.Anydefaultinthepayment
127ofafineimposedpursuanttothissectionwithoutgoodcauseshallresultinimprisonmentfor
128notmorethanthirtydays;
129 (2)Unlessagreaterpenaltyisprovidedbythelawsofthestate,anypersonconvicted
130asecondorsubsequenttimeforthesameoffenseunderthissectionshallbeguiltyofa

22discharge,orcommitment.TheconcealedcarryendorsementissuedpriortoAugust28,

24ofallcharges.Theofficialtowhomtheendorsementissurrenderedshalladministratively

26ofsection650.350untilsuchtimeastheorderisterminatedoruntilthechargesare

38undersubsection5ofsection650.350.Thedirectorofrevenueshallimmediatelyremovethe
39endorsementissuedpriortoAugust28,2013,fromtheindividual'sdrivingrecordwithin
40threedaysofthereceiptofthenoticefromthecourt.Thedirectorofrevenueshallnotifythe
41licenseethatheorshemustapplyforanewlicensepursuanttochapter302whichdoesnot
42containsuchendorsement.Thisrequirementdoesnotaffectthedrivingprivilegesofthe
43licensee.Thenoticeissuedbythedepartmentofrevenueshallbemailedtothelastknown

46 2.Aconcealedcarrypermitissuedpursuanttosections571.101to571.121after
47August28,2013,shallbesuspendedorrevokediftheconcealedcarrypermitholderbecomes
48ineligibleforsuchpermitorendorsementunderthecriteriaestablishedinsubdivisions(2),
49(3),(4),[(5),(8),and(11)](7),and(10)ofsubsection2ofsection571.101oruponthe
50issuanceofavalidfullorderofprotection.Thefollowingproceduresshallbefollowed:
51 (1)Whenavalidfullorderofprotectionoranyarrestwarrant,discharge,or
