rules,orregulationsenactedbyacounty,municipality,orother
politicalsubdivisionregulatingthesaleoftobaccoproducts,
alternativenicotineproducts,orvaporproducts.
Thebilldoesnotprohibitcounties,municipalities, orother
politicalsubdivisionsfromenforcingordinancesorregulations
thatsettheagetosellorpurchasetobaccoproducts,alternative
nicotineproducts,andvaporproductsat21years.
