8686 74 (a)Theseverancepayrequiredunderthissubdivision;or
8787 75 (b)Anyseverancepayprovidedbytheemployerpursuanttoacollective

9494 82 3.Nowaiveroftherighttoseveranceprovidedunderthissectionshallbe
9595 83effectivewithoutapprovalofthewaiverbythedirectororbyacourtofcompetent
9696 84jurisdiction.
9797 85 4.Thedepartmentoflaborandindustrialrelationsmaypromulgateall
9898 86necessaryrulesandregulationsfortheadministrationofthissection.Anyruleor
9999 87portionofarule,asthattermisdefinedinsection536.010,thatiscreatedunderthe
