4 (2)"Child"meansanindividualwhohasnotattainedeighteenyearsofage;
5 (3)"Childcustodydetermination"meansajudgment,decree,orotherorderofacourt
6providingforthelegalcustody,physicalcustody,orvisitationwithrespecttoachild.The

19judicialdecreeorordermadeinacustodyproceeding,andincludesaninitialdecreeanda

4 2.Thecourtmayallowthepartiestoparticipateinthecommunication.Iftheparties
5arenotabletoparticipateinthecommunication,thepartiesshallbegiventheopportunityto

37hearingonthefirstjudicialdaypossible.
