128identificationofthesponsororsponsors. 129 11.Anypersonpublishing,circulating,ordistributinganypolitical 130advertisementrelativetoanycandidateforpublicofficeoranyballotmeasurethat 131usesgenerativeartificialintelligenceshall,onthefaceofsuchadvertisement,identifyin 132aclearandconspicuousmannerthatgenerativeartificialintelligencewasusedinthe 133creationoftheadvertisement.Asusedinthissubsection,theterm"generativeartificial 134intelligence"meansanadvertisementthatcontainsimages,video,audio,text,orother 135digitalcontentcreatedinwholeorinpartbyamachine-basedsystemthatcan,fora 136givensetofhuman-definedobjectives,emulatethestructures,patterns,and 137characteristicsofinputdatainordertogeneratesyntheticcontent. 138 12.Itshallbeaviolationofthischapterforanypersonrequiredtobeidentifiedas 139payingforprintedmatterpursuanttosubsection8ofthissectionorpayingforbroadcast 140matterpursuanttosubsection9ofthissectiontorefusetoprovidetheinformationrequiredor 141topurposelyprovidefalse,misleading,orincompleteinformation. 142 [12.]13.Itshallbeaviolationofthischapterforanycommitteetoofferchancesto 143winprizesormoneytopersonstoencouragesuchpersonstoendorse,sendelectionmaterial 144bymail,deliverelectionmaterialinpersonorcontactpersonsattheirhomes;exceptthat,the
