4444 32 (1)Thecitymayadoptrulesandregulationsfortheinternalcollectionofsuchtaxby
4545 33thecityofficersusuallyresponsibleforcollectionandadministrationofcitytaxes;or
4646 34 (2)Thecitymayenterintoanagreementwiththedirectorofrevenueofthestateof
4747 35Missouriforthepurposeofcollectingthetaxauthorizedinsubsection1ofthissection.Inthe
4848 36eventanycityentersintoanagreementwiththedirectorofrevenueofthestateofMissouri
4949 37forthecollectionofthetaxauthorizedinsubsection1ofthissection,thedirectorofrevenue
5050 38shallperformallfunctionsincidenttotheadministration,collection,enforcementand
