8080 35theannualbudgetofanysuchemployerintheeventsuchrecordsindicatethatsuchemployer
8181 36hasnotcontributedtheamountsrequiredbythissection.Theofficeofadministrationshall
8282 37requestsuchappropriationwhichshallbeequaltotheamountnecessarytoreplaceany
8383 38shortfallincontributionsasdeterminedbythesystem.Fromappropriationssomade,the

8686 41 4.Atleastninetydaysbeforeeachregularsessionofthegeneralassembly,theboard

8888 43departmentoftransportationandthedepartmentofpublicsafetythecontributionrate
8989 44necessarytocovertheliabilitiesoftheyear2000planadministeredbysuchsystem,including
9090 45costsofadministration,expectedtoaccrueduringthenextbiennialorotherappropriation
9191 46period.Eachdepartmentshallincludeinitsbudgetandinitsrequestforappropriationsfor

9393 48generalassemblyforallowance.Thesumssocertifiedandappropriated,whenavailable,
