SectionA.Section251.034,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection251.034,toreadasfollows:
251.034.Paymentsmadeundersections251.032to251.038tothevariousregional
2planningcommissionsshallbedistributedonamatchingbasisofone-halfstatefundsforone-
3halfoflocalfunds.Nolocalunitshallreceiveanypaymentwithoutprovidingthematching
4fundsrequired.Thestatefundssoallocatedshallnotexceedthesumof[sixty-five] one
5hundredthirtythousanddollarsfortheEast-WestGatewayCoordinatingCouncilandforthe
6Mid-AmericaRegionalCouncil.Theremainingallocatedstatefundsshallnotexceedthe
