2entityshallnotmanufacture,sell,deliver,distribute,hold,orofferforsaleincommerce
3afoodproductforhumanconsumptionthatcontainsanyofthefollowingsubstances:
4 (1)Brominatedvegetableoil(ChemicalAbstractsServicenumber8016-94-2);
5 (2)Potassiumbromate(ChemicalAbstractsServicenumber7758-01-2);
6 (3)Propylparaben(ChemicalAbstractsServicenumber94-13-3);and
7 (4)Reddye3(ChemicalAbstractsServicenumber16423-68-0).

9counselor,oracountyprosecutingorcircuitattorney,apersonorentitythatviolates
10subsection1ofthissectionshallbeliableforacivilpenaltynottoexceedfivethousand
11dollarsforafirstviolationandnottoexceedtenthousanddollarsforeachsubsequent
