6868 8 (2)Thestatetreasurershallinvestmoneysinthefundinthesamemanneras

8181 21authorizebygenerallawapersonalincometaxdecreasetriggerofone-tenthofone
8282 22percentorgreater.Ifthebalanceofthetaxreformfundexceedsonehundredtwenty
8383 23milliondollars,thegeneralassemblyshallauthorizebygenerallawadditionalpersonal
8484 24incometaxdecreasesinanamountequaltoorgreaterthanone-twentiethofonepercent
8585 25foreverysixtymilliondollarsoveronehundredtwentymilliondollarsinthetaxreform
8686 26fund.Thereshallbenocaponthenumberofreductionsauthorizedunderthis
8787 27subdivisionandsuchdecreasesshallremainineffectuntilthepersonalincometaxis

8989 29 (3)Uponthereductionandeliminationofthepersonalincometax,thegeneral
