62	62	43reservations,andstateinstitutionsnoworhereafterestablishedtoconnectthesamewiththe
63	63	44statehighways,andalsonational,stateorlocalparkways,travelways,tourways,with
64	64	45coordinatedfacilities;
65	65	HJR83 2 46 (d)anytunnelorinterstatebridgeorpartthereof,wherenecessarytoconnectthestate
66	66	47highwaysofthisstatewiththoseofotherstates;
67	67	48 (e)anyhighwaywithinthestatewhennecessarytocomplywithanyfederallawor
68	68	49requirementwhichisorshallbecomeaconditiontothereceiptoffederalfunds;
69	69	50 (f)anyhighwayinanycityortownwhichisfoundnecessaryasacontinuationofany
70	70	51stateorfederalhighway,oranyconnectiontherewith,intoandthroughsuchcityortown;and
71	71	52 (g)additionalstatehighways,bridgesandtunnels,eitherincongestedtrafficareasof

125	125	106pursuanttothisconstitution.Noobligationforthepaymentofmoneyssoappropriatedshall
126	126	107bepaidunlessthecommissionerofadministrationcertifiesitforpaymentandfurthercertifies
127	127	108thattheexpenditureisforausewhichisspecificallyauthorizedbytheprovisionsofthis
128	128	109subdivision(3).Theproceedsofthesalestaxwhicharesubjecttoallocationanddepositinto
