| 10 | 10 | | To repeal section 251.034, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to state |

| 13 | 13 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | Section A. Section 251.034, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 251.034, 2 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | to read as follows:3 |

| 17 | 17 | | 251.034. Payments made under sections 251.032 to 1 |

| 18 | 18 | | 251.038 to the various regional planning commissions shall 2 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | be distributed on a matching basis of one -half state funds 3 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | for one-half of local funds. No local unit shall receive 4 |

| 21 | 21 | | any payment without providing the m atching funds required. 5 |

| 22 | 22 | | The state funds so allocated shall not exceed the sum of 6 |
