AN ACT 
To repeal section 115.199, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to 
maintenance of voter registration lists. 
 
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: 
     Section A.  Section 115.199, RS Mo, is repealed and one new 1 
section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 115.199, 2 
to read as follows:3 
     115.199.  Not later than sixty days following the 1 
receipt of any notice or information pursuant to sections 2 
115.195 or 115.197 pertaini ng to a death, conviction, 3 
adjudication of incapacity, or pardon, each election  4 
authority shall remove from its registration records the 5 
names of voters reported dead or adjudged incapacitated and 6 
shall determine the voting qualifications of those repo rted  7 
convicted or pardoned.  Failure to maintain registration 8 
records as required by this section shall be punished as a 9 
class one election offense. 10 

