AN ACT
To amend chapter 161, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to agreements with the
department of elementary and secondary education.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 161, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 161.229, to read as 2
follows:3
161.229. Any memorandum of understanding or other 1
agreement between the department of elementary and secondary 2
education and any third party or third parties shall be made 3
available to the public on the department's website, 4
regardless of whether the memorandum or agreement is in 5
effect or proposed. 6
