6	7		AN ACT
7		-	To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto three
8		-	new sections relating to the designation of
	8	+	To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of

11	11		Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
12		-	Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto
13		-	three new sections, to be known as sections 227.840, 227.841,
14		-	and 227.871, to read as follows:
15		-	227.840. The portion of U.S. Highway 54 from one mile
16		-	east of the bridge over the Middle River to one mile west of
17		-	the bridge over the Middle River in Callaway County shall be
18		-	designated as "Celia Memorial Highway". The department of
19		-	transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs
20		-	designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by
21		-	private donations.
22		-	227.841. The portion of State Highway 161 from State
23		-	Highway Z continuing north to CRD 403 in Pike County shall
24		-	be designated as "Adam Ellis Memorial Highway". The
25		-	department of transportation shall erect an d maintain
26		-	appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs
27		-	to be paid by private donations.
28		-	227.871. The bridge on Interstate 70 crossing over CST
29		-	Van Burnt Boulevard in Jackson County shall be designated as
30		-	"Officer James Muhlbauer K-9 Officer Champ Memorial
31		-	Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and
32		-	maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the
33		-	costs to be paid by the department of transportation.
