| 13 | 13 | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: | |
| 14 | 14 | Section A. Section 37.090, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 | |
| 15 | 15 | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 37.090, 2 | |
| 16 | 16 | to read as follows:3 | |
| 17 | 17 | 37.090. The moneys received by the state from the sale 1 | |
| 18 | 18 | of surplus property [shall] may be deposited in the state 2 | |
| 19 | 19 | treasury to the credit of the "Missouri State Surplus 3 | |
| 20 | 20 | Property Clearing Fund", hereby created. The account shall 4 | |
| 21 | 21 | be administered by the commissioner of administration. When 5 | |
| 22 | 22 | appropriated the funds in the surplus property clearing 6 | |
| 23 | 23 | account shall be used for the purpose of paying the costs of 7 | |
| 24 | 24 | conducting surplus property sales. The commissioner of 8 | |
| 25 | 25 | administration shall distribute al l funds received in excess 9 | |
| 26 | 26 | of the costs of the sale to the fund which purchased the 10 | |
