| 12 | 12 | Section A. Chapter 1, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1 | |
| 13 | 13 | one new section, to be known as section 1.355, to read as 2 | |

| 15 | 15 | 1.355. 1. The state of Missouri shall be exempt from 1 | |
| 16 | 16 | the advancement of the time provision known as Da ylight 2 | |
| 17 | 17 | Saving Time as provided in 15 U.S.C. Section 260a. 3 | |
