| 13 | 13 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | Section A. Section 193.245, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 193.245, 2 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | to read as follows:3 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | 193.245. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit 1 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | inspection of, or to disclose information contained in, 2 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | vital records or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of 3 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | any such record except as authorized by this law and by 4 |

| 21 | 21 | | regulation or by order of a court of comp etent jurisdiction 5 |
