88 To repeal section 192.2410, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to the

1111 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1212 Section A. Section 192.2410, RSMo, is re pealed and one 1
1313 new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 2
1414 192.2410, to read as follows:3
1515 192.2410. 1. A report made under section 192.2405 1
1616 shall be made orally or in writing. It shall include, if 2
1717 known: 3
1818 (1) The name, age, and address of the eligible adult; 4
1919 (2) The name and address of any person responsible for 5
2020 care of the eligible adult; 6
2121 (3) The nature and extent of the condition of the 7
2222 eligible adult; and 8
2323 (4) Other relevant information. 9
2424 2. Reports regarding persons determined not to be 10
2525 eligible adults as defined in section 192.2400 shall be 11
2626 referred to the appropriate state or local authorities. 12
2727 3. The department shall maintain a statewide toll -free 13
2828 phone number for receipt of reports and shall operate the 14
2929 hotline continuously for twenty -four hours a day, seven days 15
3030 a week. 16
