11 | 11 | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: | |
12 | 12 | Section A. Section 192.2410, RSMo, is re pealed and one 1 | |
13 | 13 | new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 2 | |
14 | 14 | 192.2410, to read as follows:3 | |
15 | 15 | 192.2410. 1. A report made under section 192.2405 1 | |
16 | 16 | shall be made orally or in writing. It shall include, if 2 | |
17 | 17 | known: 3 | |
18 | 18 | (1) The name, age, and address of the eligible adult; 4 | |
19 | 19 | (2) The name and address of any person responsible for 5 | |
20 | 20 | care of the eligible adult; 6 | |
21 | 21 | (3) The nature and extent of the condition of the 7 | |
22 | 22 | eligible adult; and 8 | |
23 | 23 | (4) Other relevant information. 9 | |
24 | 24 | 2. Reports regarding persons determined not to be 10 | |
25 | 25 | eligible adults as defined in section 192.2400 shall be 11 | |
26 | 26 | referred to the appropriate state or local authorities. 12 | |
27 | 27 | 3. The department shall maintain a statewide toll -free 13 | |
28 | 28 | phone number for receipt of reports and shall operate the 14 | |
29 | 29 | hotline continuously for twenty -four hours a day, seven days 15 | |
30 | 30 | a week. 16 | |
