AN ACT
To repeal section 526.010, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to
injunctions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 526.010, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1
section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 526.010, 2
to read as follows:3
526.010. 1. Injunctions may be grante d by a circuit 1
judge[,] or an associate circuit judge. 2
2. In any action in which the state is preliminarily 3
enjoined from implementing, enforcing, or otherwise 4
effectuating any provision of the Constitution of Missouri, 5
any Missouri statute, or a ny Missouri regulation, the 6
attorney general may appeal the preliminary injunction. 7
