AN ACT
To amend chapter 281, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to pesticides.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 281, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 281.320, to read as 2
follows:3
281.320. All pesticides, pesticide ingredients, and 1
pesticide products originating in the People's Republic of 2
China shall be prohibited for use in the state of Missouri. 3
