11 MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATURE 2025 Regular Session To: Local and Private By: Senator(s) Jackson Senate Bill 3289 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF TUNICA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE TUNICA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION, INC., THROUGH CALENDAR YEAR 2028; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Tunica County, Mississippi, is authorized and empowered, in its discretion, from any available funds of the county, to provide funding for the Tunica County Economic Development Foundation, Inc., in an amount not to exceed Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) annually through calendar year 2028. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

1515 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:
