1 | | - | MISSISSIPPI LEGISLATURE 2025 Regular Session To: Rules By: Senator(s) Ladner, Thompson Senate Resolution 92 (As Adopted by Senate) A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND CONGRATULATING THE BAY HIGH TIGERS BOYS SOCCER TEAM AND COACH COLBY ADAM FOR WINNING THE CLASS 4A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. WHEREAS, the Bay St. Louis High School Tigers Boys Soccer Team and Head Coach Colby Adam were part of a 2025 Mississippi Coast State Championship domination weekend in Jackson where five soccer teams secured State Championships; and WHEREAS, the Bay High Boys Soccer Team completed a February three-peat with a 2-0 win over New Albany in the 4A Title Game. Iker Rivera scored a goal and assisted on another to Keegan Walls; and WHEREAS, The Bay ended the season on a 12-game-win streak and has accumulated a 15-game playoff win streak; and WHEREAS, the 2024-2025 Bay St. Louis High School Tigers Boys Soccer Team Roster: Xander Ladner, Brayden Pepperman, Griffin Garcia, Gavin Garcia, Carson Ross, John Bilbo, Keegan Walls, Aiden Boudro, Erik Booth, River Saucier, Mason Bosarge, Nathan Stevens, Kayden Rose, Avery Harris, De'mario Wilson, Iker Rivera, Mark Barraclough, Charles Richardson, Cristofer Zavala, Marcus Cordeiro, Braden Thomas, Lucas Hayes, Andres Benitez, Daniel Corona, Nicholas Turcotte, Landen Bordelon, Daniel Patton and Beau Wilde; and Head Coach Colby Adam; and WHEREAS, it is with great pride that we recognize these student athletes who have brought honor to their team, their school, the Mississippi Gulf Coast and to the State of Mississippi: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, That we do hereby commend and congratulate the Bay High Tigers Boys Soccer Team and Coach Colby Adam for winning the Class 4A State Championship, and extend our best wishes to the team, coaches, parents and sponsors for future championships. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this resolution be presented to Coach Colby Adam for the Bay High Boys Soccer Team, forwarded to the Bay St. Louis High School Principal Warren Eyster and the Hancock County Board of Education, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps. |
