5 A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: “AN ACT APPROPRIATING MONEY TO VARIOUS STATE AGENCIES FOR
6 THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2025; CONTINUING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE BIENNIUM
7 BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.”

9 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

11 NEW SECTION. Section 1. Except as provided in [section 2(2)], the appropriations
12 contained in [section 2] are intended to provide necessary and ordinary expenditures for the fiscal year ending
13 June 30, 2025. The unspent balance of any appropriation must revert to the appropriate fund.

15 NEW SECTION. Section 2. (1) The following
16 money is appropriated, subject to the terms and conditions of [section 1]:
