AN ACT ALLOWING THE TOWNS OF OCEAN ISLE BEACH AND SUNSET BEA CH TO 2
USE PROCEEDS FROM ON -STREET PARKING IN THE SAME MANNER IN WH ICH 3
PROCEEDS FROM OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES ARE USED. 4
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 5
SECTION 1. Section 2(b) of S.L. 2021-46, as amended by S.L. 2022-38, reads as 6
rewritten: 7
"SECTION 2.(b) This section applies to the Towns of Holden Beach Beach, Ocean Isle 8
Beach, Sunset Beach, and Surf City only." 9
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law. 10
