| 19 | 19 | | the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the City of Roxboro for repairs and 7 |

| 20 | 20 | | upgrades to the City's wastewater and treatment plant. 8 |

| 21 | 21 | | SECTION 2. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 9 |

| 22 | 22 | | Budget and Management the sum of eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) in nonrecurring 10 |

| 23 | 23 | | funds for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to Person County to enable the 11 |

| 24 | 24 | | Recreation, Arts, and Parks Department to construct a splash pad. 12 |

| 28 | 28 | | and purchase equipment for its Center for Health, Advanced Technology, and Trades. 16 |
