AN ACT TO APPROPRIAT E FUNDS TO THE TOWN OF SWANSBORO FOR ROA D 2
MAINTENANCE. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State 5
Budget and Management the sum of two million dollars ($2,000,000) to provide a directed grant 6
to the Town of Swansboro for road maintenance. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2025. 8
