43 | 42 | | the property were still within the corporate limits of the Town of Andrews. 30 |

44 | 43 | | SECTION 3. This act becomes effective June 30, 2025. Property in the territory 31 |

45 | 44 | | described in Section 1 of this act as of January 1, 2025, is no longer subject to municipal taxes 32 |
---|
46 | 45 | | for taxes imposed for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2025. 33 |
